Cycling in Puerto Rico

I'm planning a trip to Puerto Rico this summer and basically looking for suggestions:
1 Any good places to rent bikes in San Juan? I'll need two sturdy bikes, Preferably mountain, with back rack for panniers.
2 What would be good road from San Juan to Fajardo. Something with less cars, nothing more than 60 miles, if I'm to avoid the major highway between two places.
It looks to me that road along the coastline too congested with cars, the road across the island is very hilly and maybe longer than I can handle.
Maybe a good place to find a biking map.
3 Any suggestions aside from these two places that can be reached by bike (under 60 mi). I'm looking for hiking, kayaking, diving.
