Garmin Edge 810 Connecting to PC

Does anyone have trouble connecting their Edge 810 to their pc?  I was able to connect my new 810 to my pc, used the gps for two day, tried to reconnect, and the computer doesn't recognize it.  So I connected the 810 to a second computer and it worked for one ride.  Now the second pc can't seem to recognize the 810. 

Does anybody else have a similar problem?

Oh yeah, my Garmin Edge 705 has no problem with connecting wiht either pc.

I'd contact Garmin directly.  their tech service staff is very good and should get your problem resolved.
