Utica-Sellersburg Rd. is closed for about a mile starting at Brookhollow Way and going north.  This is part of the Ohio River Bridges East End Crossing construction project, which spans several roads in this area.  Utica-Sellersburg Rd. is expected to be re-opened in November.  For updates, see this website:

NB:
12.5(20)Utica.  Continue straight on Utica Pike. 13.5(21)Turn right onto Church St.  In 0.1 mi. bear left onto Front St. 14(22)Turn left onto Ash St. In 100 ft., turn right onto 2nd St.  14.5(23)Turn right onto Walnut St. In 150 ft. bear left onto Upper River Rd. 16(26)Turn left onto Waterline Rd. (the second left at this intersection.) 19.5(31)Continue straight onto Bethany Rd. 21(34)Turn right onto High Jackson Rd.  Rejoin route at mile 23.5

10.5(17)Turn left onto Bethany Rd. 12(19)Continue straight onto Waterline Rd. 15.5(25)Turn right onto Upper River Rd. 17(27)Utica.
