I'm doing this ride solo. Plan to reach Seattle by august and LA by September 1st
Would love some companionship along any of it.

I did Anacortes to Fargo... and most of the time had a tail wind. I assume you realize you'll be riding into the wind most of the time? Better exercise I suppose.

One day heading east in central MT on the Northern Tier I sustained a speed of 32.5 mph for several miles before I became winded and had to drop back down to 28.5 mph, where I could pedal without going into the red zone. The road was flat except for one bridge across the railroad. Whilew we did have some easterly winds in MT and ND (as I did when I did another ride in ND), thw winds in MT and ND were mostly out of the west and could get opretty strong. Ride early and take rest if they get bad.

I remember a great day getting "blown out" of the Canadian Rockies... with a 40mph tail wind for about an hour... through Crowsnest... wow, what a rush, then the down hill kicked in. I don't remember how fast I want, but it was really fun. Sure glad I wasn't going West.

Last year I did Fargo to Anacortes and had tail winds all the way. I'd been told several times I was going the wrong direction for the winds. The wind direction is a toss up I suppose

Actually, not a toss up, it is rigged strongly in favor of the Easterly traveler. Just like a warm week in February.

I've only ridden the northern tier from West Glacier to Anacortes, but I only remember one significant windy day on that 740 mile stretch.

(There were some winds coming up the Skagit River going down to Newhalem that made crossing the river a bit sketchy.  Of course, that didn't slow me down much, as that was the downhill part of the day going west.)

No personal experience east of Glacier.  However, the USDA wind rose for Fargo in July looks like the wind comes mostly out of the NW or SE, with the SE wind blowing more strongly and more often.

This perception doesn't match National Weather Service monitoring data. The worst headwinds I've ever had in my life was the day I rode southeast from Wolf Point to Glendive, MT. The best tailwinds I've ever had in my life was the day I rode east from Cut Bank to Havre, MT.

you could have worked that Louis Jordan angle a little more fully....

Is you is  or is you ain't a lady...
Maybe, lady?I'll be riding with someone new,
'cause if you're a lady, I'll go riding too!

Of course if Apsiaki is under 50 it's likely to go right over her (or his) head and it will just be assumed you have lousy grammar.

(Preemptive aplogies to anyone who finds this sexist or a desecration of one of the great R&B songs of all time)

Westinghouse, Google will answer your question. She started her 3-month tour two weeks ago.
