North south route from Bozeman to Tucson?

I am planning a ride from Bozeman/Big Sky to Tucson in late October. I have Montana/Idaho route mostly figured out. However, I am looking for a route thought Utah to St George then depending on the weather over Flagstaff. If a no go then Lake Havasu? Any suggestions should appreciated.
