Weather condition on bicycle Tour for 2015

I'll be traveling across all 50 U.S States and more this April in 2015 and I am wondering what the weather conditions could be around Pacific, Central and Eastern States ? I'll be starting in Provo Utah and I'll be headed towards Missoula Montana, Washington Tri State, California etc. And I am aiming towards the first or second week of April 2015.

Any advice or ideas would be appreciated.
