Shoe Rain Covers (Gaiters)

Have a set of Potenza rain shoe covers size medium in excellent conditions. Never had the need to used them, Light reflecting piping with rear entry and velcro closure. Price is $10.00 plus net cost of shipping.

I'm interested if they fit size 9 1/2 which is usually a  medium. How do we do this?
