Just got this emergency text: "9932, FOREST SERVICE IS CLOSING ROADS DUE TO 3 FIRES IN THE RICHMOND RIDGE RD AREA. ROADS WILL BE CLOSED FROM THE EAST SIDE OF HWY 83 FROM LOWER CLEARWATER LAKE RD TO SEELEY CREEK TRL HEAD AN NORTH TO MORELL FALLS OFF MONTURE RD".

Yes, road was closed. 83 was open.
Holland Lake is reachable and campsite is open.

More info about avoiding these fire closures:
At narrative cue, "208.5(335.5)-Turn right onto State Hwy. 83" (where Kraft Cr. Rd./FR 561 intersects Hwy. 83), continue south on Hwy. 83 all the way to Seeley Lake. There are multiple camping options off the highway, though no other services until town. As of 8/19, the Morrell Cr. Rd. east of Seeley Lake remains open.
