Looking for rear panniers for TR 101-KHS

I'm about to embark on a 3000 plus mile adventure (part Southern route part Atlantic coast route) -- I purchased the TR 101-KHS in December and had the handle bars and saddle changed -- and am very happy with the bike. However, I'm having trouble finding panniers for the rear carrier that fit snugly. It's an extra-small frame (not sure that matters). I'm don't want to keep getting panniers and returning them.  FOR ANYONE WHO RIDES A TR 101-KHS, WHAT PANNIERS ARE YOU USING?
