TransAm using the TransAm gps
« on: May 03, 2016, 07:41:24 pm »
I heading west to east on TransAm this month,  I have purchased and downloaded the TransAm gps folders and files..lots of data.  I want to down load only the data I need to head east to my Garmin 800.
Question:  If I'm going west to east, can I only down load the TA01E* .gpx files to my Garmin?
I don't need the west bound .gpx files.

The bicycle hides nothing
and threatens nothing.
It is what it does,
its form is its function.

Yes, that is exactly the case. You will only need the eastward set of tracks.

For the service points, the Edge series store very limited number (200) service points. Consider using your mobile device instead (see details).
