Slater Rd is open to local traffic only somewhere between points D and E.  Southbound detour is via left on Unick Rd, right on Elder Rd, then left on Slater to rejoin route.  Northbound is via right on Elder Rd at the "Local Traffic Only" point, then left on Unick Rd, then right on Lake Terrell Rd to rejoin the route.
