Any suggestions on how to start my personal Bicycle Travel?

but so nervous,and don't know how to start,what need prepare.

Starting is very easy. Get on your bike and ride. As you gain experience, ride longer. Reading advice can be quite useful. But there is no substitute for experience.

While you're building muscles, use a website like MapMyRide to plan training routes and track your progress. They have an app for smartphones as well, but planning routes has to be done from the website.

I used it more when I first got back into cycling, but since my progress reached a certain point, I only check occasionally to see where my average pace is at to make sure I'm planning my rides properly.
