Very recently purchased Salsa Marrakesh 55cm. Recommended rider height is 170-178cm according to salsa. I.e. 5'7-5'10.
I bought it for a southern tier tour that I have literally just started. Hoping to be done by New Year's, maybe sooner. Bikes obviously in great condition, only 2 months old, and has only been ridden the last three weeks as I had an injury prior to that.
Anyway, at the end of the tour I'm returning to my home country, Ireland, having lived in the states for two years. Rather humblingly at the age of 28, I'll have to move back in with my parents for a short while during which time I need to find my feet and need money to get on my feet again. With that in mind, as much as a I love the bike, I've realized I need to be responsible and I do need to sell it, especially if I'm boxing it up to put on a flight. It's as easy to box it up and ship it to a buyer.
Anyway, so it's a slightly convoluted set of circumstances but I'm a reasonable person and if you're interested in the bike let me know and we can chat. Obviously I spent a lot of money on it and I have no intention of giving it away for nothing. I'd sooner take it back to Ireland and try selling it overseas where a a salsa bike is a cool novelty. Same time, I want money in my hand when I get home. So, there's a deal to be had. It's not all stock. Salsa cowchipper handlebars have been replaced by nitto noodles. If it's a deal breaker, I have the cowchipper s in Ireland. I can probably,g work something out. I also have a surly front rack on it. Again, we can figure out including that or removing it from the package.
