Van Supported Teen Tour

Hi All-

I am looking for a short teen bike tour for my son for this summer for him to see if he enjoys bike tours or not.  I would prefer one geared for first time bike tripers, one with van support so he won't have to carry all his stuff, and one where he won't be the youngest.  He is almost 14 and will be going into 9th grade next year so I would prefer one that is not 9-12 graders.  I would prefer one that allows the kids to keep their phones with them...the super rustic side is not really what I am looking for.  I'm having trouble sorting through all the options I can find online.  Any help would be much appreciated!
