A Good Portland bicycle shop?

I am flying into Portland to begin a West to East TransAmerica ride in early June. I want to ship my bike from Denver to Portland and have it assembled. Any recommendations?

I know Joe Bike ships bikes for these things, they probably receive them as well.  They are big into touring bikes as well.
