Getting to Anacortes

Hi,
My son (14 yrs) and I (Mom) need to get from Seattle Wa (airport) up to Anacortes on June 17 to start our cross country ride.  We're shipping our bikes to Anacortes.  There are no car  rental agencies costing less than $200.  The bus is $150.  Does anyone have any other ideas?

B. Airporter Shuttle - every hour - 3 hours - $74 for adult & child

It's been a few years, but the Airporter Shuttle was a nice, clean bus with luggage service (for your checked and carry-on airline luggage), driven by a good driver, with polite staff at both ends back in '09.  There was a transfer in Mt. Vernon, but the wait was minimal - 20 minutes or so.
