TransAm Halfway Point?
« on: July 11, 2017, 07:49:54 pm »
Anyone know the exact 1/2 halfway point for the TransAm? Adventure Cycling indicates it is Pueblo and the TransAm bike race indicates it is just before Newton KS. Anyone know the exact answer down to a town?

It is on section 7, map 76, 3 miles east of Ordway.

Thanks! We are in Ordway now. Looking forward to crossing the halfway as we cycle east tomorrow morning.

It's going to be a bit different for each rider, depending on route options and overnight stops (e.g., I took the Mammoth Cave option). My exact halfway was 5 miles west of Eads.
