Distance between two points not working....

I've had this problem on the Arkansas High Country Route Northern Section since the new version of the app was released several months ago. 

For instance, on that route, if you try to calculate the distance between Fayetteville and Seligman in a clockwise direction, the app will incorrectly show you the direction going in a counter clockwise direction.  The opposite occurs if you try to go counterclockwise.  In other places on the map, however, the functionality seems to work.  Makes the functionality pretty useless. 

As far as I can tell, the problem seems to more prevalent when there are intersecting loop routes in the map set loaded. 

Any ideas?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I'm able to replicate this issue. It is an issue related to loop routes that intersect themselves like the Arkansas High Country Route. A quick workaround, for now, is to measure from Fayetteville to Bentonville and then from Bentonville to Seligman and you will be able to add the two distances together. I've found that on the loops you sometimes have to use smaller segment sections when the measuring tool does not go the way you wanted. We'll look into this and see if we can improve it.
