If you purchase a map for an Apple device can that purchase transfer to an android device if you use the same id?

same id?
How do you have the same ID on two different stores? Same email address is not the same ID.

No, I don't believe that is possible. The accounts/app stores are not tied in any way, except the same email address, to allow the transfer.

Yes, Jennifer is correct. The Apple App Store and Google Play Store are separate and purchases can't be shared between the two. If you would like to use the route sections within Bicycle Touring Navigator on both ecosystems they will need to be purchased independently.
