Euro Velo 15 Rhine River Route Source to Sea

I am looking for a set of strip maps for planning that may contain information on accommodations, food, camping ect. Does anyone know of a source for such map sets in English?  I have the Cicerone book written by Mike Wells, just hunting for more detail along the route

The Cicerone book is pretty detailed, we've used it for a section of the Rhine
Page 16 of this URL - http://www.demarrage.eu/uploads/media/DEM_RSH_ENG.pdf
lists maps for the area if you want more detail

Bikeline do a comprehensive guide in two books.   They are printed on weather proof paper and as well as maps include detailed information on bike shops, accommodation, tourist info and so on.   Downside, it's only available in German.
