RT 66 through St. Louis

The ACA route uses Clayton road. Other routes I have seen use Manchester the whole way through St. Louis.   Which would be the easiest for navigating the vehicle traffic?  Thanks

Manchester is a nightmare. I don't know how I survived it.

FYI: The route was originally on Manchester and we received abundant feedback that it was an awful experience for cyclists so we moved it when the map was updated.
