Company Recommendations for Supported NW Summer Tours?

We are looking for information and reviews on companies that do fully supported, inn to inn tours in the Northwest.  Two companies we are considering are
Backroads of Berkeley, CA and Bicycle Adventures our of Redmond, WA.  If you have insight and/or experience on either of these companies we'd love to hear from you.
