Can a CF tow Minnow Trailer?

Can my CF Cannondale road bike tow the Burley Minnow trailer? My daughter is 16 months old, weighs 25 lbs and the trailer itself  27 lbs. 
It seems risky but wanted to get thoughts or if anyone has recommendations.  Are there additional parts to do so safely? Obviously safety is the most important here but also don't want to destroy the bike either.  TIA!

I used my Trek 5200 (cf) bike to tow a BOB trailer with no problems.  It did feel a little loose when I stood while pedaling but rode fine when I was sitting.  15 years later I still ride the bike and it rides just like it was new.

If you know how to use a quick release skewer properly you should have no problems. I'm introducing my 18 month old granddaughter to a Minnow tomorrow in fact!
