US 95 in Idaho is undergoing multiple construction projects at various locations along the TA Sec03 route. Here is a link to ITD projects and info:

Map #28: Between Race Creek Road (near Riggins) and Slate Creek Road (13 miles north of the Riggins area). The road is being repaved. There is work on the shoulder. The roadway is reduced to one lane. Expect delays. Look out for flaggers. Expect 15 - minute delays. Until July 31, 2019 at about 8:00PM MDT.
Map #27: Between Smokey Boulder Road and Hazard Creek Road (12 miles north of the New Meadows area). Bridge construction work is in progress. The roadway is reduced to one lane. There is a width limit in effect. Width limit 14'0". Until November 18, 2019 at about 11:59PM MDT.
Map #26: Between East Fork Road and Old Highway (8 miles north of the Council area). Bridge construction work is in progress. The roadway is reduced to one lane. Look out for flaggers. Look out for temporary traffic lights. There is a width limit in effect. Speed restrictions are in force. Width limit 12'0". Speed limit 35 MPH. Until November 1, 2019 at about 7:00PM MDT. *Note that the unpaved Weiser River Trail from Cambridge to Tamarack is a detour option around this project. See advcy.link/wrt for more info.
