Quick read thesis excerpt:
" Spending at least two hours a week in nature may be a crucial threshold for promoting health and well being, according to a new large-scale study. "
And ... need I say  :) ... an easy & highly enjoyable way to do so is via a bicycle?

The problem with these "studies" is that nearly everyone they interview will agree it's a good idea but most won't actually do it.  They will also agree that healthy eating is a good idea but it doesn't keep them out of McDonalds.

The related good news is that in this case the article says that it was the conclusion reached by the researchers
not that of the interviewees.

True but the intervieweees answered the questions posed to them and, I expect, said what they thought the interviewers wanted to hear.  Everybody is in favor of proper eating, routine exercise, and generally healthy living but how many actually do it?
