Richmond to atlantic coast route

Is there a bike trail from Richmond to the Atlantic coast route to the south of Richmond?

Pat Lamb:
I believe the Atlantic Coast route is on the Capital Trail to Jamestown.  It's (at least mostly) a paved, separated trail.  Was that your question?

I think so- I wanted to know how to get from Richmond to hook up to the Atlantic coast route to Florida.  I'll check out that route
