Texas Hill Country ACA tour

I am thinking of doing the Texas Hill Country tour this October and was wondering how the food purchasing and cooking are done. I know its shared cooking but is the purchasing somewhat planned out ahead of time or is it a random wing it kind of thing at the time? What cooking gear is available?

Cooking and food purchasing duties rotate.  The cooks pick the meal items, with ideas and guidance from the tour leaders.  Cooking gear is provided, and the kit is all you need.
