Low profile rugged touring tires

I only wanted to know if someone could recommend a tire as durable as Schwalbe, 700 by 32, but with a low enough profile to  fit this Giant road bike and not rub the frame.

I would try either the Maxxis Re-fuse, or the Continental Ultra Sport III, or the Specialized Armadillo All Condition Pro, or the Bontrager AW3 Hard Case Lite, they all come in a 700x28 size so they shouldn't rub your frame IF your 32 just barely rubs, if it rubs so much you can't even install the tire then you may have to go down to a 25.  But those 3 tires are very flat resistant, the Conti tire is the lightest tire of the three but not as robust as the others.

Would the Conti GP 5000 tire be an option for you? I have had a number of sets. I have better luck than with the Schwalbe Pros re flatting. But, as was mentioned earlier, tires are a thing . . . and lots of people have well and hard earned opinions about why their tires are best

I've had this problem as well - trying to fit a 35mm tyre size the tyre rubbed on the fender mounting screw in the chain stay brace.
The only solution was to run without fenders. There are no low profile bicycle tyres, they are all round in profile. I returned to 32mm tyres rather than run without fenders but ultimately I replaced the bike.
