Waiver Example For Led Trips
« on: February 24, 2021, 03:17:31 pm »
Hi all, we are working on offering up some short overnights via bike with our organization and curious what others have used for a waiver or release of liability. We have a waiver already for some of our 1 day bike "tours" (without overnight), but know that these may require a bit more since we are not offering sag service, professional first aid, etc.

Thanks
Like a responsible bike owner, I always make sure to replace my change right after it snaps.

These probably vary by state. I would talk to a local bike club in your state and ask for a copy.
