re: NF-46 road closure, Mt Hood. Sierra Cascades SC02_20210201 digital data. (I dont have the maps). SC02 covers the route from the Columbia River south past Mt Hood through Sisters, OR.

Forest Road NF-46 has been closed, possibly through 2022, owing to the intense forest fires that had swept through the region in 2020. There are heavy fines for entering this area. NF-46 is the only way to reach the town of Detroit, OR, from the N.

Here's a link to a paved detour around the closures. This 91.9-mile paved route begins on map 22, and uses US 26, US 97, and smaller county roads to rejoin the main route east of Sisters on map 26.
