Thank you for your replay staehpj1,

In Quebec we have one hour less of light... but 10 hours each day I think it's ok to ride.
I want to be sure that:
- No too much traffic on the roads
- Not too much cold (ok, we are canadians, but...)
- Easy to find where to sleep
- Personal safety

...and please M Biden open this *** border...

Okay, I just figured it was another factor people often don't think of and that should be factored in.
