Seeking Companion for Biketouring or Bikepacking in California july 2022

I am looking to do a short bikepacking or bike touring trip - 5-6 days (or longer?), in California some time soon after the fourth of July weekend. Could be a coastal route on roads, or bikepacking Mount Baldy, or...? Open to ideas. I am 60 and hav ebeen bike touring for many years, newer to bikepacking but comfortable with backpacking and riding gravel/dirt. I can ride either my Fuji Gran Fondo road bike or my Salsa Cutthroat adventure bike (which has been modified with SRAM 20x11-50, fornt suspension and a thudbuster). Willing to stay in modestly priced lodging or camping using ultralight supplies easy to carry on bike.
