A monumental event coming up : https://www.parks.wa.gov/1238/Beverly-Bridge-Dedication
Maybe some ACA member can be present and post some shots.
I saw that either in the latest edition of Adventure Cyclist or on Facebook.

Nice that bridge was saved and is being put to good use.

The paper edition of Adventure Cyclist takes a week or so to arrive in The Netherlands, so I downloaded the digital edition of the latest April issue. Indeed, the Beverly Bridge is on page 08. However, the grand opening ceremony on April 8 at 1 p.m. is not mentioned there. I hope a local ACA member accepts the invitation and posts some pictures here.

An intrigueing point is that Adventure Cyclist says that the bridge is open to cyclists and pedestrians, whereas in the invitation of the Washington State Parks there is a line "Horse riders with trailers, please contact (...) for special instructions",  from which I gather that horse riders (without trailer?) are also allowed to pass.

it is possible that they have installed stanchions to prevent vehicle access to the bridge that may hinder wagons or carriages. There is an annual horse and carriage ride that traverses the trail end-to-end each spring that goes back in time to when this was called the John Wayne Pioneer Trail.

I enjoyed watching https://tvw.org/video/washington-state-parks-and-recreation-commission-beverly-bridge-dedication-2022041007/ , maybe others do too.
No footage of crossing the bridge, unfortunately.

You may want to join the group Friends of the Palouse to Cascades on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/355582289627913/?multi_permalinks=385763156609826&notif_id=1635994139026536&notif_t=group_activity&ref=notif- full of incredible information and knowledgeable members.

Also check out the Bennett's ride across Washington https://bennettsacrosswa.wordpress.com/

I am also planning on using the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes from Plummer, ID over to Enaville, ID then take the Coeur d"Alenes River Road (NF-9) to Montana Secondary Highway 471 to Thompson Falls, MT (these roads are closed in the winter). From there south on 200 through Paradise, MT and then RT 93 into Missoula. That route has been recommended by a few people as better option than riding on I90.

The Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes is not that scenic east of Enaville, since it parallels the interstate. The frontage roads that Google Maps say exist next to I90 from St. Regis to Missoula are not contiguous, often ending abruptly at fenced and posted land. Also, some bridges on I90 heading in that direction have almost no shoulder and traffic moves at 80 mph on I90. There are a few narrow spots on the route I mentioned but folks who have done both tell me that it is a way better and more scenic option.

What do you think of taking ID State Rt 4 from Wallace to USFS Rte 7623 to Montana Secondary Highway 471 to Thompson Falls instead?

I looked at that route and drinking water is a major issue as this is a super fund clean area. That route goes through major silver mining areas and there is lots of ground water pollution and an active clean up under way with trucks hauling contaminated material to a containment area near Wallace. I would not recommend it. Plus once you leave the paved road the road surface is said to be questionable in some areas for a loaded touring bike. Super remote also if you do get into trouble.
