I'm traveling east on Chicago - NYC and want to go north on the Atlantic Coast Route. Where do they intersect?

Port Jervis, NY.  The Atlantic Coast Route heads north up U.S. 209 to NY 211.

Stayed at Oakland Valley Campground a bit off route on Oakland Valley Rd. from Cuddebackville.  Nice people.  Bring cash.  You might get a discount.  They place has a pool.  The riverfront sites are nice but a bear to get to on a bike.  (Steep, somewhat bumpy road.) If you stay there you might want a site up top and walk down to the river.  Cool place.  When I checked the Deer Park KOA off of U.S. 209 they wanted close to $100 for a tent site.  Groceries at a Dollar General at the intersection of U.S. 209 and NY 211.

Sorry.  Strike some of that.  Heading east across PA I believe the routes come together at Delaware Water Gap, PA and follow the same roads until they diverge at Port Jervis, NY. The ride up the NJ side of the river to Port Jervis is sweet.  Call ahead to the campground in Worthington State Forest on Old Mine Rd. to make arrangements for the night.  Nice place to stay.  Watch out for bears as you head north!

BTW...I don't recall exactly how the CHI-NYC route gets into White Haven, PA, but if it takes Tannery Rd. down to the Lehigh Gorge Trail and you need to get into the center of White Haven for supplies note that the trail north of Tannery Rd is closed for rehabilitation.  You can cross over the river and take PA 534 and River Rd. to PA 940 and cross back over the river.  Another option is to make a left on N. Lehigh Gorge Dr. where Sandy Hill Ends and take 940 across I-80 then first right onto Lehigh, which bends into Towanda, then first right onto Northumberland.  That will put you near the little strip shopping center where most of the services are, including the grocery store.  The pizza at the pizza place there is pretty good.

And note that there are some nasty grades on PA 534 heading towards Hickory Run S.P.  I am talking up to 14%.

The CHI NYC route Philadelphia Alternative intersects with the Atlantic Coast route from Lancaster to Conshohocken PA.
