Finding closures on forum
« on: September 01, 2022, 08:04:01 pm »
The forum system is only showing me unread closure notices. I read a couple once but now can not find them because of the above. The title includes a statement that unread messages are not shown. I am stuck in Eureka not knowing about several closures and the alternate routes that were provided in the notes. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you, Peter

I’m going to guess that you mean Eureka, Kansas, and that you are on the TransAm. I don’t know whether you are eastbound or westbound, but I haven’t seen any closures on the TransAm anywhere within 200 miles of you in either direction.

At any rate, you can see all the temporary closure notice here: https://forums.adventurecycling.org/index.php?board=15.0

Hope you get unstuck soon, although Eureka isn’t the worst place to be stuck. Maybe somebody glued your bicycle tires to the road?

I'll bet you are on the Great Divide route. Here is the link to the info on the Graves Creek road detour to Whitefish.

That is obviously via tapatalk app, hopefully it work for you.

I also assume Eureka, MT.

Agree, a button that automatically sorts posts by most recent would be helpful. One can sort topics by date.

I usually put "great divide" or GDMBR nto the search function.
