Need help in finding the best folding E-bike
« on: April 19, 2023, 03:39:48 am »
Can anyone please suggest the best folding e-bike? I have been searching some brands and have found Maxfoot and Aventon to be quite popular for folding bikes. But still not sure. Please pour in your suggestions.

Welcome to the ACA Forums!

This forum is primarily about touring and not so much about electric bikes though some do tour with e-bikes.  I would suggest you try out BikeForums.net sub-forum on electric bikes:https://www.bikeforums.net/electric-bikes/

A motorcycle is a motorcycle, gas or electric.  I imagine people getting up there in the years would need some help going against wind and up hills.

Did you find the perfect bike for your purposes? If possible, buy from a reputable local store who know their bikes. Buy a recognized and established brand. Test ride as many electric bikes as you can. Honestly assess the type of riding you will be doing day to day (i.e. what's important to you?).  I found my perfect off-road ebike accidentally by checking some reviews online. Went for a little ride and understood it is definitely my thing. Enjoying it for almost two years now.
