Can someone give me a feel for how hilly the route is from Fulton, MS to Owensboro, KY?

Very hilly, except for the last day along the Ohio River. In excess of 3000 feet of climbing per day.

Thank you John. You say 3000'+ per day but what mileage is a "day"? 100? 50? I have been asked to join a group of guys on a weeklong tour and I am intimidated by their cycling prowess!

No kidding! That is a TON of climbing... ugh. My buddies want to do it all in 5 days so that would be some long, loaded days.

Doing this in five days doesn’t sound any fun to me.
