URGENT: App not working!!

My Bicycle Route Navigator App stopped working today! I wasn’t able to view my previously purchased map sections even on wifi, so I deleted the app and restored my purchases to try to reset it and now I don’t see any of my purchased maps on the “My Routes” tab and going to the “Epic Routes” tab to buy more maps turns up a blank page!

HELP please! I’m on tour at the moment in a remote area and relying on the app for crucial navigation.

UPDATE: my boyfriend downloaded the app and it keeps crashing on him. I am also seeing on Reddit that others are having issues with the app not working.
