Lucca, Italy is very nice place for biking because it has Renaissance walls that are kept in good condition and you can ride bicycles on them. The most well-known route is a 4 km (2.5 miles) path on top of the city wall. It is an easy ride that gives beautiful views of the city and its surroundings. If you want something more challenging, you can go outside the city to Serchio River Park where there are longer and nicer paths to explore.

If you think about local tips or wish to see more than these routes, I can suggest looking at this one https://gowithguide.com/ they provide custom tours and local guides who show the best cycling paths and secret spots in Lucca.  :)
