WTB Co-Motion bike in xs/s

Looking for a co-motion bike with 700c wheels for a short rider.

I'm 5'2" and might ride either their 46 or 50 depending on the rest of the geometry.

Prefer: regular derailleur/shifters rather than gear-box, rack mounting points, at least two chain rings, rim or mechanical disk brakes

Don't care about: age as long as it's in decent condition, chips in the paint, color (I don't really want pink, purple, or brown, but if everything else is perfect I'd take them)

Price range: depends on the model year/components and how well it matches my preferences, anywhere from $500 to $2000(?)

Located in Southern California, USA, willing to pay reasonable shipping

I can promise if it fits me right it will be loved and ridden very often. I'm currently riding a 2006 specialized road bike for my bike commute and I'd love to move my fancy tubus rack over to something that can take more abuse (the carbon fiber forks...oof) since I currently ride around 3500 miles a year from commuting alone.
