You have heard the expression feeling your oats. That works on me. I use oat flour. This is going to be hard to locate in the stores since it is not in cereal or flour. Quaker tasts the best to me. There is also a flour with oats and buckwheat. The biggest problems with powders is they clump together in liquids. So I mix mine with sugar. Oat flour and sugar in water is not bad. I am careful to get plenty of magnesium or I get magnesium cramps. I also mix bakers chocolate with sugar and cinnamon with suger. Be careful with cinammon since it is a bit toxic. Cinnamon from Ceylon is less toxic and some consider this to be the only true cinnamon. I mix this with milk. You may want to use protein power also. I also like rice flour or rice bran which generally only available in health food stores. Some say the sugar in rice is not digestable. The other parts are and are quite good.
