Revoking County Charters.

I was aware of these laws a long time before Trump used them on Washington DC. If a government fails to do it's job under their charter you can petition a higher government to revoke their charter. If sucessful the goverment will cease to exist. One of the jobs of a county is to maintain the roads. They are failing to do this and people are dying as a result. This has turned out to be a lot more complicated than I thought. Not every county has a charter. In general if a county charter is disolved it will be taken over by the state. We know states are breaking the same road laws as counties. Counties are not static they dissovle join and ceast to exist. It has been a long time since this is happened but it is still possible. I'm going to revoke county charters because these counties are breaking the law. They continue to break the law and in fact some governments are in violation of so many laws they technically meet the defination of organized crime. I have already forced government to obey ADA law FEMA law state and federal road law UMTCD law ASTM law Department of Agriculture law the National Electrical Code and the Postal Road clause of the United States Constitution. Once governments learn we are thinking about this they will get sober very quick
