Is your vote private?

Hello,

I took a screen shot on my phone showing that my vote was submitted successfully on January 16th.

I received an email from memberships@adventurecycling.org on Sun, 18 Jan 2026 16:44:15 +0000 (UTC) confirming my vote and telling me how I voted.

Are these votes suppose to be private?

Aren't they suppose to be run through a third party?

Should ACA have access to my vote before the voting period is closed?

I also received another email from memberships@adventurecycling.org on Sun, 18 Jan 2026 17:06:22 +0000 (UTC) which included my Member ID and voting pin number urging me to vote.
