Cycling in the Washington, DC and Mid-Atlantic Regions

Looking for fellow cyclists in the Washington, DC area for leisurely, socially-focused day rides and overnight trips along the local trails, the Virginia horse country, Maryland's Eastern Shore, West Virginia and the Pennsylvania Dutch country of Lancaster County.

Road and paved trail cycling only. No gravel. Ample prospects for ice cream stops, burger joints, cafes, coffee shops, shaded spots beneath the trees, watering holes and historic sites to complement being in the great outdoors.
