Amsterdam NY has free showers for boaters and Bike

Amsterdam NY has a free shower from 900am to 700 pm on its riverfrontpark downtown. the park is near the Mall Downtown and shower keys are avalible from the Deli in the park. Boaters on the NY Canal can also give rides up the canal if you ask nicely. The Towpath on the other side goes 25 miles to St. Johnsville NY. The CSX Railroad yard is off Quist road but only sees a train every other day.
