Looking for a Tour In Vietnam

My soon to be wife and I are going to Vietnam for our honeymoon.  We'd like to do a shortish (a week or less) bike tour while over there.  There are lots of tour companies out there but the list is overwhelming.  Can anyone recommend a company to look at that won't break our newlywed bank?  I am pretty experienced having led tours and done several here in the states - my fiancee is new to touring so we'd be looking for shorter milage on calmer roads.
