Well Friday will be my first tour for the year.  I'll be going with a group from the Vancouver BC bicycle club.  Doing a four day trip to the Gulf Islands, Pender and Salt Spring islands.  Forcast is for rain but around here and this time of year you don't expect anything else. Have packed and repacked about 4 times, so I think I might be ready only tour will tell.  So I'm going to try to keep the rubber side down and ride in between the rain drops.

This should be known now as first disappointment of 2006.  Apparently mother nature wasn't ready for us to ride.  We were hit with a very heavy rain storm and then another so ride was canceled.  There is always next week.
