Hemorrhoids

I am doing my best to keep riding through the fall and winter but have been sidelined with hemorrhoids. I've been a cyclist for years but this is this first time I've had this problem. Do I stay off the bike for several weeks or do I just put on the Prep H and keep pedaling? I want to take a long tour in the spring and am afraid of this problem sneaking up on me again. What to do?????

You'd best post this question to a doctor.

Two words:
1. Recumbent.
2. Doctor.

go, ristretto, FCP/AE
"Read the manual."
I play go. I use Macintosh. Of course I ride a recumbent

I agree with the last post....recumbent and a doctor will make your bum feel better.
