ACA Tour Orphans Unite!

A number of the longer ACA unsupported tours were cancelled this year leaving many of us dangling.  Rather than play the tour companion lottery, I wonder if there are any fellow orphans out there who would be willing to pool their money at the start of a trip and closely follow the ACA guidelines?  Anybody abandoning the venture would forfeit the opportunity of splitting up the surplus at the end.

I have participated in four ACA unsupported expeditions, including the North Star, and would be willing to coordinate until a leader is selected.  I would be interested in going anywhere in the Western US, anytime from June through October, for any length of time greater than one month.

Wow!  While I can't join you on a tour, why did they cancel the tours?  That I would think is a primary mission for the organization.
