cycle across romania

I wondered if any of you ever cycled across Romania... I m planning to
do it on July 15th in more or less 10 days... (not much holiday left...).
Any ideas where I can get some info?

My wife and I are going to Romania to cycle for about 4 weeks at the end of Aug.  We plan to be mostly in the transylvania area. Please post about your trip when you get back.  We'll be very interested in how your trip goes, and any tips you could give us.
